High-performance liquid, intended for manual washing of all types of dishes found in the gastronomy and home kitchen, kitchen utensils, cutlery. One or two drops squeezed onto a damp sponge are enough to deal with dirt on glass, ceramic, plastic and metal dishes. Removes food-grade soiling such as grease and dirt. Jax Professional 43 does not leave streaks or stains, and the phosphates contained in it reduce the adverse effect of hard water by binding calcium and magnesium ions and prevent the deposition of insoluble salts on the dishes.
Purpose of the washing liquid
Jax Professional 43 liquid is intended for manual washing of dishes in the kitchen and catering company, restaurants and bars. Suitable for various types of dishes: glass, ceramic, plastic and steel. The liquid is also recommended for washing ceramic plates in cookers and induction cookers.
How to use the fluid
Squeeze 1-2 drops of liquid onto a damp sponge, wipe the dishes with it and rinse under running water. The second method of use - dissolve 1 tablespoon of liquid in 7 liters of warm water. Wash the dishes in the prepared solution, then rinse under running water and leave to dry.

Additional information
Phosphates soften the water, making it easier to wash at a lower temperature. The product contains over 15% of anionic surfactants, including the sodium salt of alkyl benzene sulphonic acid. As one of the few preparations, it is enriched with ethoxylated lauryl alcohol (a first-class wetting agent and degreaser). There is more than 5%.
