Made of durable hard plastic in an elegant black color, it ensures durability and solid performance. Its blades are made of high-quality stainless steel, providing precise and efficient cutting.
The main V-shaped cutting blade allows for easy and quick slicing of uniform vegetable slices. The set includes 5 different attachments, allowing for various slicing methods. The mandoline is equipped with a folding support with anti-slip feet, ensuring stability during operation. Additionally, the mandoline offers the possibility to obtain two thicknesses of slices: 6 and 9 mm, ideal for making fries or julienne-style vegetables. The ability to adjust the thickness of slices from 1 to 9 mm allows for customization according to individual preferences.
A safety press with metal bolts ensures stable fixation of vegetables, ensuring safe and effective slicing. The height on the unfolded support is 140 mm, facilitating comfortable use of the device.
