The V-Type Mandoline by HENDI is a professional kitchen tool designed for precise and fast slicing of vegetables and other food products. The main V-shaped cutting blade allows for easy and quick slicing of uniform vegetable slices. The set includes 5 different attachments, allowing for various slicing methods. Additionally, the mandoline offers the possibility to obtain two thicknesses of slices: 6 and 9 mm, ideal for making fries or julienne-style vegetables.
