The BELAJA S7S CI LG SC FO SR protective boots from the PROTECTIVE line are modern safety footwear designed for demanding work environments with high humidity and low temperatures. Engineered with advanced materials and safety technologies, they offer outstanding protection, comfort, and durability.
The upper is made of water-repellent coated nubuck and TECHSHELL – an innovative abrasion-resistant and highly durable fabric. The interior features a GORE-TEX Performance Comfort Footwear lining that provides full waterproof protection combined with excellent breathability. The WR classification guarantees that the boots are made from water-tight materials and techniques while ensuring high hygrometric comfort.
The FOOT-PAD insole is made from low-density polyurethane, offering extreme softness and immediate comfort by adapting to the shape of the foot. Additional padding under the metatarsal area and a supportive side profile ensure comfort and stability even during prolonged use. The boots are designed to maintain thermal comfort for users exposed to cold working environments.
Safety is reinforced with a non-metallic FIBERGLASS CAP toe cap, resistant to impacts up to 200 J, and a flexible APT PLUS Zero Perforation anti-puncture plate made of HT polyester that exceeds EN ISO 22568-4 standards in puncture resistance and thermal insulation. A polyurethane scuff cap at the toe enhances protection against wear and impact, earning the SC certification.
The dual-density outsole made of polyurethane and TPU, enriched with recycled rubber granules, ensures excellent grip and flexibility. Its special tread pattern improves water dispersion and traction on wet surfaces. The ladder grip area enhances stability on ladders, confirmed by LG certification. The outsole is also certified for slip resistance (SR) and fuel and oil resistance (FO).
The BELAJA model is also suitable for workers with postural or orthopedic conditions. Through collaboration with orthopedic workshops and in accordance with the German DGUV 112-191 standard, these boots can be used with custom orthopedic insoles such as SPRINGER, maintaining full compliance with EN ISO 20345:2022.
The footwear is non-magnetic, making it suitable for secure environments such as airports and banks. A polycarbonate and fiberglass insert between the heel and sole supports the arch and prevents harmful twisting. Additionally, the outsole is infused with a pleasant fragrance to maintain freshness.
