The FUSE S3S CI HRO SC FO SR model from the BELOW ZERO SPECIALS line is designed for welders who require exceptional protection and comfort while working in low temperatures. The upper is made of hydrophobic printed leather which ensures durability and protection against moisture. Inside the shoe there is a three-dimensional SANY-DRY® lining made of 100 percent polyester that effectively breathes absorbs and releases moisture and is resistant to abrasion which translates into comfort even during intensive work. The outer lining is made of breathable synthetic material.
The EVANIT insole is made from an innovative blend of EVA and nitrile giving it high load capacity and varying thickness from twelve to 3.8 millimeters. This insole is thermoformed anatomical perforated and coated with a highly breathable material. It has antistatic properties thanks to a special surface treatment and seams made from conductive yarn. The FIBERGLASS CAP toe cap is non-metallic and impact resistant up to 200 joules. The APT PLUS plate is also non-metallic and zero perforation providing effective protection against punctures.
The outsole made of polyurethane and nitrile rubber is resistant to temperatures of 300 degrees Celsius for one minute protecting against heat effects at the workplace. The shoes have adjustable Velcro fastening flame-resistant seams and lace protection increasing durability and safety. Support made from polycarbonate and fiberglass between the heel and sole protects the arch of the foot preventing harmful bends or twists. This model can be used with orthopedic insoles made by the SPRINGER workshop according to EN ISO 20345:2022 which further enhances user comfort and allows people with foot problems to work safely.
