Its dimensions are fully compliant with the rigorous standardization GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996, which guarantees universal application.
YATO gastronomic containers are made from the highest quality PC polycarbonate, a material valued for its exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical damage, which translates into an extremely long product lifespan. They are ideal for professional environments such as restaurants, bars, and catering facilities, serving for efficient storage of food, spices, and other products. Their unique thermal properties allow for safe use in refrigeration and freezing conditions, at temperatures reaching up to -40°C. They also perform well at higher temperatures, up to 99°C, which enables the storage of hot dishes. However, it should be remembered that they are not intended for use in bain-maries or combi ovens.
The smooth surface of YATO GN containers ensures exceptional ease of cleaning and hygiene maintenance. They can be successfully washed in dishwashers, which significantly streamlines work. Moreover, their material does not absorb odors or flavors, so after washing, they can be used to store a variety of products without fear of aroma transfer. An additional practical feature is the integrated scale expressed in liters, which facilitates precise control of content levels.
Designers paid special attention to details such as rounded corners and smooth edges, which ensure maximum safety and hygiene of use.
