This YATO countertop refrigerated display guarantees optimal temperature for the freshness of ingredients essential for preparing pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and many other dishes. Both the external and internal casing, made of high-grade SS201 stainless steel, ensures not only an aesthetic appearance but, above all, exceptional durability and ease of hygiene maintenance. The whole is complemented by a solid tempered glass superstructure, guaranteeing safety and excellent visibility of products.

The compact dimensions of the YATO refrigerated display (1400 x 335 x 435 mm) conceal an impressive capacity, allowing for convenient storage of up to 6 GN 1/4 containers with a maximum depth of 150 mm, which optimizes workspace.

At the heart of the device is an efficient side-mounted refrigeration unit with a power of 110W, utilizing the ecological refrigerant R600a. Designed for operation in climate class 4, it guarantees reliability even in demanding conditions (up to 30⁰C and 55% relative humidity). The 220-240 V ~50 Hz power supply ensures stable operation, and precise electronic control with a digital temperature display allows for easy monitoring and adjustment of settings.

The display maintains an ideal temperature range of +2~+8°C, which is crucial for product freshness. Thanks to static cooling technology and the automatic defrost function, the device operates exceptionally efficiently and is extremely energy-saving, minimizing operating costs.
