The TC 22 Barcellona Q Ice meat grinder by Sirman is an advanced machine equipped with a cooling system based on a thermoelectric module. This energy-efficient solution operates without the use of a compressor or gas. The thermoelectric module has a power of 70W.
The meat grinder features a cooled feeding neck and grinding end, with automatic temperature regulation. The stainless steel tray and feeding neck are removable and easy to clean, ensuring hygienic use.
Its grinding capabilities are identical to the Barcellona model, and the square feeding neck allows for high efficiency, even with pre-ground meat. Thermal protection for single-phase motors enhances the device's safety. The machine is equipped with a fast and durable headlock system, patented in the 32 version.
Furthermore, there is the option to choose from additional accessories such as the Total/Half Unger system, hamburger forming tool, stuffing kit, oversized tray, and a head exit protection for plates above 8 mm in diameter. Thanks to these options, the TC 22 Barcellona Q Ice meat grinder becomes a versatile tool for meat grinding, suitable for both professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts.
