Our soft bristle sweeping brush with a width of 305 mm is an invaluable tool that excels in dry, dusty, or floury areas. Its robust construction includes a block made of polypropylene filled with soft polyester bristles, which are securely held in place thanks to the innovative resin-set filament retention system. This solution allows for increased efficiency and durability of the brush, making it an excellent tool for jobs requiring gentle cleaning.

The double filament retention system, Resin-Set DRS®, is a key element of this brush, significantly reducing the issue of bristles falling out. This system utilizes special stainless steel clamps approved for food contact and antibacterial resin, which effectively safeguard the bristles against shedding. Additionally, the resin seals the brush's surface and protects the openings from dirt and moisture buildup.

Key features of the sweeping brush:

  • The double filament retention system (Resin-Set DRS®) minimizes the issue of bristle shedding.
  • Antibacterial resin prevents the development of mold, fungi, and bacteria.
  • Safe for use in industrial dishwashers.

Our soft bristle sweeping brush is designed for food contact and can be sterilized in autoclaves. It features a dedicated space for handle attachment. Available in various colors: purple, white, red, green, blue, and yellow.
