A humane, efficient, and worker-safe stunning method is stunning using STZ devices.

The principle of operation involves automatically measuring the resistance of the animal's body to be stunned and delivering the stunning current according to the set program. STZ devices have been designed in accordance with EU requirements, based on 30 years of experience gathered in collaboration with slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, and veterinary inspectorates.
