The production of this masterpiece is not only based on manual work, but also on the most modern machines and devices, which are extremely important at GIESSER. The blades are hardened using modern vacuum technology by heating them to 1050 °C and then cooling them with nitrogen. The result is blades with a hardness of 56-57 HRC, which guarantees excellent cutting edge durability. The GIESSER knife specialists also attach great importance to the selection and manufacture of the handle.

The handle of the Rocking Chefs kitchen knife is made of micarta - a natural material mainly consisting of cellulose, which is extremely hard and durable due to the production process. Perfect for a knife handle. But beware! This knife is extremely sharp and should be used with due respect. This unique and valuable kitchen knife should always be hand washed with care and stored in a safe place (out of the reach of children).
