Meat Seasoning Cabinet, HENDI

The HENDI meat aging cabinet with a 352-liter capacity provides a perfectly controlled environment for dry aging meat, resulting in exceptionally tender and flavorful cuts. Designed for professional kitchens and butcher shops, the cabinet replicates the natural microclimate of traditional aging while maintaining precise control over temperature, humidity and airflow. The digital control panel allows easy adjustment of temperature from 1°C to 25°C and humidity between 60% and 85%. The internal fan ensures even air circulation, and automatic evaporation of condensate keeps the conditions stable.

The double low-emission tempered glass door reduces energy loss and blocks UV radiation, improving both efficiency and food safety. The built-in UVC lamp sterilizes the interior, preventing bacterial growth and maintaining hygienic conditions throughout the aging process. The stainless steel 18/8 interior, shelves, hooks and salt tray ensure durability and easy cleaning. LED lighting on both sides and the ceiling provides clear visibility, while alarm signals alert users to low humidity or open doors. This advanced appliance combines modern technology with the art of traditional aging, allowing consistent and safe maturation for premium meat quality.
