We present the 3-door refrigerated counter by YATO, model YG-05275, equipped with a solid granite worktop and a practical topping unit for 6 GN 1/4 containers.

This professional refrigerated counter, ideal for preparing pizzas and salads, offers impressive dimensions of 1400 x 700 x 1020 mm and a chamber capacity of 368 L. The set is complemented by a functional topping unit with dimensions of 1400x335x435mm, designed for 6 GN 1/4 containers. The entire system ensures optimal conditions for food storage in a temperature range from +2 to +80C.

Its versatility makes it an ideal solution for various catering establishments, from pizzerias to salad bars, significantly streamlining the food preparation process.

Both the external and internal casing, made of high-grade SS201 stainless steel, not only provides an elegant and professional appearance but also guarantees exceptional durability and unparalleled ease of hygiene maintenance.

At the heart of the refrigerated counter is an efficient, bottom-mounted refrigeration unit with a power of 240 W, using the ecological refrigerant R290. It is adapted to operate in challenging conditions of climate class 4, which means efficient operation at a maximum ambient temperature of 300C and relative humidity of 55%. Power supply is 220-240 V ~50 Hz. The topping unit has its own refrigeration unit with a power of 110 W, operating on refrigerant R600a. Precise temperature control is provided by an electronic controller with a clear digital display. The average annual energy consumption is 1294 kWh.

To ensure even cold distribution and stable temperature, the device is equipped with fan-forced air circulation cooling. Additionally, the automatic defrosting function minimizes the need for manual intervention, increasing user comfort.

This model features practical, self-closing doors equipped with ergonomic handles. Inside each compartment, there is 1 PVC-coated grid shelf, characterized by an impressive load capacity of up to 40 kg (with even load distribution). These shelves are ideal for storing standard GN 1/1 containers, maximizing storage space.

The massive granite worktop provides an excellent working surface for food preparation. It is not only extremely durable and resistant to damage but also exceptionally easy to clean and maintain in perfect hygiene, which is crucial in professional gastronomy.

The practical upper topping unit is designed to accommodate six GN 1/4 containers with a maximum depth of 150 mm. This is an ideal solution for organized storage of various toppings and ingredients, essential for quickly preparing pizzas, salads, or other dishes. (Note: GN containers are not part of the set).
