The Sirman TC 32 Nevada ICE meat grinder is an advanced device designed with high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with powerful insulated motors with cooled fans and IP 55 protection, the machine can operate continuously, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Thanks to the worm gear motor immersed in oil, the meat grinder boasts a long lifespan. The motor gearbox is equipped with double sealing for a trouble-free operation. The convenient head locking mechanism facilitates easy maintenance and servicing. The stainless steel grinding head is designed for high-performance production, and the feeding tray with a square neck ensures excellent efficiency. The CE version comes with a safety lock for additional protection.
The control elements made of stainless steel have an IP 67 protection level, ensuring reliability even in challenging conditions. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a gas cooler with a power of 150 W (R134) that efficiently cools the neck, grinding head, and the entire tray.
