Made of polypropylene and stainless steel, this scraper features a stainless steel blade with rounded edges and a threaded handle. It is the perfect tool for removing contaminants that could clog or stick during cleaning, such as brush hairs, broom bristles, or paintbrushes. The scraper is excellent for removing sticky residues and semi-liquid substances like doughs, sweets, confectionery pastes, soft chocolates, cheeses, etc.
It is also effective in removing ingredients such as hard chocolate or caramel, dried/burnt pieces of bakery goods, condensed, dried powders, or those that have adhered to the surface, burnt meat, fish, and vegetables.
The threaded handle allows the user to extend the scraper's arm freely, and depending on personal preferences, any Vikan system style with this type of connection can be used.
