Professional DICK Master Steel Hyperdrill Sharpener

Our Master Steel is another member of our knife sharpener family. Just like our other knife sharpeners, the handy Master Steel impresses with its ease of use. A simple pulling motion provides the optimal cutting edge. The key components of this sharpener are the tension springs that do not experience measurable wear, tested and proven stainless steel sharpening rods, and the device's mechanics, which are tightly sealed and therefore particularly safe from external influences.

Master Steel HyperDrill for honing and smoothing

The Master Steel sharpener is equipped with additional protective rods in the sharpening slot, which guide the knife safely and optimally. They also have an additional polishing effect, without damaging the knife's cutting edge during the pull-through process. Another advantage of the protective rods is that they prevent plastic from being shaved off and prevent shavings from the sharpener from getting into the meat. The recessed handles at the back of the Master Steel provide a secure grip even when wearing gloves. The Master Steel can be used as a handheld device or mounted to a table with a holder.
