The stackable Hygibox container measures 600 x 400 x 245 mm. It is designed and manufactured to be extremely durable and long-lasting. HYGIBOX is a plastic stacking container with a standard European base of 600x400mm, exclusively for Fletcher European. These plastic containers are a product we have designed and built to provide the food production and food processing industry with a durable, robust, hygienic plastic container they can rely on for transporting and storing food ingredients.
The box is made of food-grade polyethylene using rotational molding, ensuring durability and a smooth, seamless surface. Thanks to this method, HYGIBOX containers are less prone to cracking than standard containers from other manufacturers that use regular injection molding. HYGIBOX containers are also resistant to cracking and plastic degradation. The rotational molding method prevents the plastic from flaking and generating particles that could contaminate production.
HYGIBOX is a European-sized container that can be stacked, made from food-grade polyethylene, and is ideal for use in food-contact environments or hygiene-sensitive areas.
