The dehairing machine is a specialized device used in slaughterhouses for scraping and removing bristles from pig carcasses. It is used for mechanically scraping and scalding the skin of these carcasses, and for this purpose, a scraping plate is used, which is mounted on the rotating shafts of the dehairing machine. The scraping plate is made of high-strength thermoplastic elastomer, ensuring its durability and flexibility. Additional protection is provided by canvas or cord, which reinforce the scraping plate made of black rubber. Thanks to the dehairing machine, the process of removing bristles and scalding pig skin becomes more efficient and effective in slaughterhouses.
