Maintenance and Use

Before first use ensure the tip is correctly mounted and the machine is switched off. During operation monitor for sheet flow consistency and avoid pulling or jamming. After production remove dough residues and clean the tip thoroughly using warm water and mild detergent or in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Do not use sharp tools or abrasive cleaners that might damage the tip surface. After washing, dry completely and store in a dry, protected area away from moisture or corrosive agents.
