Knife with a partially serrated cutting edge, used to cut hard natural and artificial casings on cold cuts and sausages. The 25 cm long blade ensures the comfort of cutting even very large cold meats. The blade is made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum stainless steel, hardened in a vacuum process to a Rockwell hardness of 56-57 degrees. Matte polished cutting edge for optimum rust resistance. Knife with a partially serrated cutting edge for quick and easy cutting of artificial and natural casings. The tooth spacing is 1 mm.

Standard plastic handle made of extremely pleasant to the touch non-slip material (TPE). A well-profiled protective nose ensures a secure grip and reduces the risk of the hand holding the knife slipping off.

The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (each with all amendments and in the current version at the time of this declaration):

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and objects (including active and intelligent food contact materials and objects) intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC - in their current current valid version.
  • Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14/01/2011 on materials and objects made of plastic intended to come into contact with food.

The knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, the manufacturer recommends manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
