One-piece steel blade with high carbon content (X55). Vacuum-hardened to Rockwell 56 - 57. Highly polished surface for the highest possible rust resistance and blade life. Hand sanding for perfect sharpness.
The handle with three stainless steel rivets is velvety to the touch and lies firmly in the hand. The material is particularly resistant and withstands up to 200 ° C (short contact).
The holder is suitable for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legal regulations (each with all amendments and in the current version at the time of this declaration):
