The control elements are made of stainless steel with an IP 67 protection rating, and the meat grinder also features a reverse motion option.

The grinding system is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is designed for heavy-duty work. It includes a stainless steel knockout and hardened steel auger for increased durability. The grinding system and mixing arm can be easily disassembled without the need for tools. Additionally, the machine boasts a unique, patented plate detection system, enabling the use of different types of meat.

In the standard equipment, you'll find a self-sharpening stainless steel knife and a 6mm thick plate, a floor support with wheels and a brake, and a tool for disassembling the auger and plate. Full control over the grinding and mixing process is provided by a timer function and a reverse motion with a time switch for the meat mixer.
