The Sirman Master 90 Y12 Hp 5 Full Control meat grinder/mixer is an advanced technological device that excels in professional kitchens and meat processing facilities. Its construction is made of durable AISI 304 stainless steel, with the option of an additional coating for enhanced protection.
The machine is equipped with two independent IP x5 motors, providing separate drive for the meat grinder and mixer. The waterproof, angular gearbox immersed in oil ensures reliability and durability, even in challenging conditions. Additionally, the machine features a safety switch on the mixer cover and pneumatic pistons that facilitate the opening of the lid.
The grinding system is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is designed for heavy-duty tasks. It includes a stainless steel breaker and a hardened steel worm. The easy dismantling of the grinding system and mixing arm without the need for tools simplifies maintenance and cleaning. Moreover, the machine boasts a unique, patented system for detecting plates, allowing for various types of meat processing.
In the standard configuration, the machine comes with a self-sharpening stainless steel knife and a 6mm thick plate, a stainless steel floor support with wheels and brakes, as well as a tool for dismantling the worm and plate. The machine offers full control over the grinding and mixing process with its timer function and reverse movement with a timer switch for the mixer.
