How to use How to use depending on the type of oven. The fluid is effective at a temperature of 60–70 ° C.

Manual washing: Spray the diluted preparation on the surface to be cleaned, close the oven door and activate the washing function. Rinse off loose dirt and preparation residue. In the case of hard-to-remove dried dirt, repeat the operation. After washing, neutralize any alkaline reaction with the JAX PROFESSIONAL 46 COMBI-STEAMER RINSE.

Automatic washing: in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, pour the appropriate amount of the liquid in the place intended for the cleaning liquid, then set the appropriate washing program.

Cleaning of ovens where the manufacturer has provided sachets, tablets or powder: pour the recommended amount of washing liquid (130–180 g) into the space provided for the sachet, tablet or powder, then run the appropriate washing program.

pH The concentration of hydrogen ions in the product: pH 13.0 to 14.0.
