When inspecting food in regularly incoming deliveries, you check their temperature. The testo 826-T4 penetration infrared thermometer allows you to quickly scan the temperature using infrared measurement without damaging your products. If the temperature limits are exceeded, the fixed penetration probe can be used to take accurate measurements of the internal temperature (e.g. in yoghurts).
Temperature checks on products and pallets of goods are mandatory not only for incoming and outgoing goods, but also in the food production sector. You are particularly dependent on fast, accurate results of food inspection measurements in incoming goods. The slim testo 826-T4 does both and much more! Find out what are the advantages of the HACCP thermometer:
- Fast, accurate measurement results: With 2 measurements per second, infrared measurement allows you to scan the surface temperature of your products really quickly. And with an exceptional resolution of 0.1°C. If certain limits are reached or exceeded, a fixed penetration probe will provide absolute certainty. In fact, it allows you to accurately measure the core temperature of food, such as yogurt, cheese, meat, etc.
- Temperature limits at a glance: You can set up to two alarm limits, as soon as they are exceeded or not reached, the HACCP thermometer will inform you with a visual and audible alarm signal. This means you don't have to constantly look at the display while still keeping an eye on the temperature.
- Minimum maximum. value display and hold function: min./max. the display shows the highest and lowest value of the last measurement. This allows safe and reliable monitoring of product temperature. You can keep the last measured temperature values on the display with the hold button.
- 6:1 optics and 1-point laser dot marker: A 1-point laser marks the center of the measured object during infrared measurement. The 6:1 optics of the infrared thermometer are suitable for measurements at short and medium distances.
- HACCP in every respect: the infrared penetration thermometer is HACCP compliant and certified according to EN 13485. This makes it ideal for the food sector.
- Practical accessories included: the testo 826-T4 is equipped with a robust, waterproof TopSafe protective housing in accordance with protection class IP67. The TopSafe housing is dishwasher safe if required. The supplied pre-drill for frozen products even allows you to measure the core temperature of frozen foods. For safe storage of the HACCP thermometer, use the wall/belt holder and the protective cap of the penetration probe.
