Katana 12 VV is an industrial horizontal cutter from the renowned Italian brand Sirman, designed for grinding and chopping meat, fish, and vegetables. This professional cutter features speed regulation, allowing for adjustment to various types of processing.
It is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The blade is driven by a powerful, ventilated asynchronous motor, providing high performance. The 12-liter container, also made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is robust and removable, facilitating preparatory work. The cutter is equipped with a stainless steel cover with a sturdy tritan shield, ensuring safety during use. Control is carried out using stainless steel buttons with an IP 67 protection rating, ensuring durability and moisture resistance.
The knife adapter with 3 standard blades (configurable to 2 blades) is easily removable, allowing for customization according to the type of processing. Additionally, dedicated knives are available for special applications, providing versatility in processing different products. Katana 12 VV offers maximum protection against fluid ingress on the shaft, enhancing work safety and equipment durability.
