These HENDI cooking bags have been designed for use with chamber vacuum sealers, specifically tailored for the Sous-vide cooking technique. The set includes 100 bags with dimensions of 250x350mm. Crafted from high-quality materials, they ensure safe and effective application in Sous-vide cooking.
Resistant to high temperatures and impermeable to air, these bags allow for extended food storage in an air-free environment. This, in turn, contributes to maintaining the freshness, flavor, and nutritional value of the dishes. Not only are they suitable for Sous-vide preparation, but they also serve for vacuum-sealing food products. The construction of the bags is based on two layers - the inner layer, with a thickness of 60 μm, is made of polyethylene, while the outer layer, with a thickness of 15 μm, is composed of polyamide (nylon), enhancing durability and ensuring airtightness.
With a total thickness of 75 μm, these bags are solid and durable. The materials used also function as UV filters. The bags can be used in temperatures ranging from -20˚C to +110˚C, making them a versatile tool for both storing and cooking a variety of dishes.
