Sous Vide Cooking Bags by HENDI have been designed for use with vacuum sealers, specifically tailored for sous vide cooking. The set includes 100 bags, crafted with meticulous attention to high-quality materials, ensuring safety and optimal performance in sous vide cooking.
These bags are resistant to high temperatures and completely impermeable to air, enabling extended storage of dishes in an air-free environment. This, in turn, contributes to maintaining the freshness, flavor, and nutritional value of the food. Not only do they excel in preparing sous vide dishes, but they are also perfect for vacuum-sealing a variety of food products. The bags consist of two layers - an inner layer, 60 μm thick, made of polyethylene, and an outer layer, 15 μm thick, made of polyamide (nylon), enhancing their durability and ensuring airtight sealing.
The total thickness of the bags is 75 μm. The materials used also serve as a UV filter, providing additional protection. They can be used in temperatures ranging from −20˚ to +110˚C, making them versatile and suitable for various culinary applications.
