The HENDI digital gastronomic thermometer with probe is a reliable tool for precise temperature measurement of dishes in various conditions. The temperature measurement range extends from -50ºC to +300ºC, allowing monitoring of dish temperatures from frozen products to hot servings. The resolution is 0.1°C in the range of -19.9°C to +199.9°C, and 1°C for other temperature ranges, ensuring accurate measurements necessary in a professional culinary environment.

Additional features such as the "lock mode" for continuous temperature monitoring and automatic shutdown after 10 minutes provide convenience and energy savings, particularly important in the fast-paced kitchen environment. The stainless steel probe, 120 mm in length, and the probe cover with ergonomic handle ensure safe and comfortable use, even in intensive usage conditions.
