A key advantage of the YATO grinder is the advanced, 5-element UNGER system, which significantly streamlines the meat preparation process, especially for sausage and cold cut production. The UNGER system guarantees precise grinding and consists of:

  • pre-cutter
  • double-sided four-arm cutting knife

  • throat diameter: 8 cm
  • feed opening dimensions: 62 x 56 [mm]

Included with the grinder, you will find 3 sieves: one with a diameter of 4.5 mm and two with a diameter of 8 mm. This variety allows for flexible configuration of the grinding system (e.g., 8/4.5 mm or 8/8 mm), enabling precise adjustment of the meat's fineness to specific needs and recipes.

The robust body of the grinder is made from an extremely durable aluminum-magnesium alloy, which guarantees the device's longevity. The anodized finish not only gives it an elegant appearance but, most importantly, significantly facilitates hygiene and cleaning. An additional advantage of the YATO grinder is the easy disassembly of the throat and the entire cutting system. This innovative solution allows for thorough cleaning of even hard-to-reach parts after each use, ensuring the highest sanitary standards.

The heart of the YATO grinder is an efficient 1100W motor, capable of grinding an impressive 220 kg of meat in just one hour. This high efficiency ensures the device handles intensive work perfectly. Furthermore, the grinder is equipped with a reverse function, which significantly facilitates unlocking the cutting mechanism and disassembling the sieve, speeding up and simplifying cleaning.

The key components of the meat grinder – the worm, cutting blade, and sieve – in the YATO model are made of the highest quality stainless steel, which guarantees their durability, corrosion resistance, and full compliance with hygienic standards. The loading tray, also made of stainless steel, stands out for its exceptional strength and capacity, enabling efficient processing of large quantities of meat. Its smooth surface is extremely easy to clean. Additionally, the loading trays in YATO grinders are detachable – simply unscrew the screw located under the tray, which facilitates comprehensive cleaning.

To ensure maximum operational safety, the grinder is equipped with overload protection, which automatically switches off the device if the cutting system becomes blocked, protecting the motor from damage. An additional, easily accessible safety switch allows for immediate stopping of the grinder's operation in any emergency situation.

Stability during intensive work is guaranteed by a solid base equipped with six anti-slip rubber feet, which effectively prevent the device from moving, ensuring comfort and safety of use.
