Victorinox Swiss knives from the Fibrox series were created by professionals for professionals. The blade made of the highest quality stainless steel is conically ground along its entire length. A properly shaped and ergonomic handle made of plastic (polyamide) is hygienic and non-slip. The entire surface of the handle has a rough structure that makes the knife more secure in the hand.
