Victorinox Swibo elastic blade

Flexible boner for separating meat from the bone. The blade is made of stainless steel, the highest quality, bent upwards. It is ideal for filleting and is a must-have in a chef's kitchen knife set.

The handle is made of polyamide, durable and resistant to impact and abrasion. The ergonomically profiled handle and structure make the knife more secure in the hand.
