Skinning knife with grooved blade Giesser 21 cm
Designed for skinning, a knife with a grooved blade, slightly curved, 21 cm long, with a wide tip. Dedicated to meat and fish processing industries. Thanks to the grooves in the blade, the cut pieces of meat will not stick to the blade, the friction between the blade and the cut material is reduced, which enables better cutting. Made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum stainless steel, vacuum-hardened to 56-57 Rockwell degrees. In addition, the blade has been polished to a high gloss to further increase rust protection and durability of the blade.
Standard TPE plastic handle made of a particularly pleasant to the touch material, non-slip and ergonomically shaped. The shape and nose ensure safe holding of the knife and work, thus reducing the risk of the hand slipping onto the edge of the blade.
The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (each with all amendments and in the current version at the time of this declaration):
- Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and objects (including active and intelligent food contact materials and objects) intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC - in their current current valid version.
- Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14/01/2011 on materials and objects made of plastic intended to come into contact with food.
The knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, the manufacturer recommends manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
