Specialist knife for skinning lambs, Victorinox Swibo

Sharp knife designed for skinning lambs, Swiss brand Victorinox from the Swibo series. The blade is made of the highest quality stainless steel, slightly curved upwards, 13 cm long.

The handle, the handle of the knife is made of polyamide, a hygienic material and non-slip. It has been designed in such a way as to be as ergonomic and safe as possible for the user. All knives in the Swibo series are equipped with light yellow handles only, which makes them easy to see and more visible in the working environment. The material from which the Swibo knife handles are made has excellent stiffness and high impact strength. Which translates into longer working time for the user, without the feeling of hand fatigue due to an ill-fitting tool. Polyamide is also an abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant material.

The knife can be washed in the dishwasher and sterilized at maximum temperatures up to 110 degrees Celsius.
