The knife is made of stainless steel, which is durable and strong, its grooved surface makes each slice of filleted salmon perfectly separate from the surface. It has a handle made of polyamide, profiled and ergonomic, with a rough non-slip surface for a better grip. All this makes the knife safe to use, prevents the hand from accidentally slipping onto the edge of the blade, and is also hygienic. It can be sterilized at a maximum of 110 degrees Celsius. It can also be washed in the dishwasher.
