Boning knife, curved narrow 16 cm, Victorinox Swibo

Victorinox Swiss knives from the Swibo series have a blade made of the highest quality stainless steel. The presented knife has a narrow blade, bent, which is intended for boning meat. Dedicated to catering and catering companies as well as for the meat industry, butchers and slaughterhouses.

The handle is made of plastic, polyamide, which has the necessary characteristics. It is characterized by high impact strength and excellent stiffness. The ergonomically made handle and the structure on its surface make the knife more secure in the operator's hand. To further increase work safety, all knives in the Swibo series have handles in a bright yellow-orange color. Thanks to this treatment, the knives are clearly visible in a busy environment such as a slaughterhouse or butcher's shop.

The materials from which the knives are made are dishwasher safe and can be sterilized at temperatures up to 110 degrees Celsius.
