A German-made Giesser knife with a blade crafted from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum-hardened to a hardness of 56-57 Rockwell. Its highly polished surface ensures maximum rust resistance and edge retention, while the manual sharpening guarantees perfect sharpness. The knife features a classic shape with a sturdy and rigid blade.
The standard handle is made of plastic with an exceptionally pleasant, non-slip TPE material. The well-shaped nose provides additional protection for the hand against accidental slipping onto the blade edge.
The knives are dishwasher-safe. However, for the protection of the cutting edge, manual cleaning is recommended.
