Knife designed for boning meat (separating from bones) and dedicated to the meat industry, slaughterhouses and butchers. Knife with a 12 cm long blade made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum stainless steel. The blade is straight and wide, additionally it has been polished to a high gloss, which brings two benefits. The knife is even better resistant to rust and this directly affects the durability of the blade and the preservation of the edge. The blade has been vacuum hardened to a Rockwell hardness of 56-57 degrees.
Standard handle made of TPE plastic, with an extremely pleasant structure that has anti-slip properties. The handle has been ergonomically formed and the extended nose protects the hand from undesirable slipping onto the edge of the blade.
