A knife dedicated to the meat industry, especially for slaughterhouses and butchers, with a blade made of chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum-hardened to a Rockwell hardness of 56-57 degrees. Polished to a high gloss for even greater rust resistance and edge retention. Sanded by hand. The handle is made of TPE material, pleasant to the touch and with a porous surface, thanks to which the knife lies more securely in the hand.
