Specialist knife for intestines, Giesser 16 cm

A knife with a curved blade and a plastic tip that protects against intestinal perforation. The 16 cm long blade is made of chrome-molybdenum stainless steel. Tip and handle made of the same TPE plastic. The handle has a rough structure and is ergonomically formed, which ensures comfort in operating the knife, but also has anti-slip properties. The nose on the handle protects against accidental slipping of the hand on the edge of the blade, which also affects the safety of use.

The knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, to protect the cutting edge, we recommend hand cleaning.
