Knife designed for fish and meat processing industries, for skinning carcasses. The blade is made of the highest quality chrome-molybdenum stainless steel, hardened in a vacuum process to 56-57 Rockwell degrees. For even better protection against rust, the blade has been polished to a high gloss, which also affects the increased durability of the blade. In the final production process, the blade is ground by hand. The blade is slightly curved, hard and smooth, and the tip is widened and sharp.
The standard handle is made of TPE plastic, which is particularly pleasant to the touch, has a rough surface, which increases its anti-slip properties. The molded ergonomic handle and nose ensure a secure hold of the knife during operation and reduce the risk of the hand slipping onto the edge of the blade.
